  1. Primero. EXTENDER LA SUSPENSIÓN de términos para decidir el expediente de la referencia. Por lo cual, la fecha para adoptar una decisión de fondo se ampliara´ por 3 meses adicionales, contados desde la finalización del plazo previsto en el Auto 1017 de 2021, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el arti´culo 64 del Acuerdo 02 de 2015.
  2. SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta corporación, COMUNÍQUESE de lo dispuesto en esta providencia a las partes y terceros con interés en el presente proceso.
